About Emaar

 The room was well maintained and very comfortable. The hotel also had excellent facilities in place for pilgrims, such as the large prayer area where pilgrims could pray. There was always a lift available giving us quick access to our room and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here before and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent location, 10-minute walk to Haram and close to some excellent restaurants especially Indian/Pakistani ones.

The Staff are extremely Friendly Very Polite and Smiley Very cooperative and provide a welcoming experience that makes it a visit to repeat Special Thanks to Basma and Abdallah at Reception.....extremely professional and polite The Location is not Far from Haram, a 10 SAR Taxi is fine...sometimes 15... Rooms are of very good siE compared to Mekka Usual Rooms....

The room was so comfortable and clean. bathroom very clean. house keeping great. elevators on time always available. aircondition working v good. the bus was always there to take us to el haram. Supermarket/ restaurant besides hotel.

Access to Haram was al ham do Lillah more than my expectation. In addition to the Shuttle that was arranged by Hotel, there is also Makkah Bus no 5 service to and fro Haram. Nice restaurant nearby no crowded
